Family house and B&B Business set on a
hillside amongst pines in a 2 hectare finca
with stunning views over the Mediterranean
and the Ebro Delta.
The house itself consists of a large kitchen
dining room with wood burning fire ; a living
room, bathroom and large bedroom. A small
corridor leads to a separate dining room /
lounge with french windows; en suite double
bedroom and smaller bedroom.
Below the house there is a delightful 20 sq
mtr log cabin with bathroom, air conditioning,
and outside a fully equipped Summer Kitchen.The
cabin is insulated and the log thickness is
70mm.ensuring that it is very comfortable
throughout the year.
This arrangement allows B&B clients both
in the house or cabin separate access to their
dining- room/lounge and self catering in the
cabin is again separate from the house.
The house is air-conditioned and centrally
heated,there are ceiling fans and we have
phone and broadband
The pool is situated a short distance from
the house there is a large terraced area with
a pergola.Much of the area around the house
is paved or gravelled
There is also a small toilet block to allow
for the occasional camper.
The farm is terraced and wooded with pines
and with a number of olives and carob trees.
The land is clean with walkways through the
trees.
About the area
The village of El Perello is in the South
of Catalonia and is slightly inland of the
coast. It lies between the larger towns of
L´Ametlla de Mar and L'Ampolla and not
far from the bigger cities of Tortosa and
Tarragona.It is close to the River Ebro, ideal
for fishing and the river´s delta which
is noted for bird- watching ,walking and biking.
