This 3.5 year old property, is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa of approx. 120 square metres standing in a corner plot of 650 square metres enjoying an open vista at the front providing uninterrupted views of the distant mountains and of the nearby golf course..

The property stands on a mildly sloping site and access can be gained to all parts of the garden and to the Villa by gentle ramps.

Local information

The Villa is located about 6 Km from the town of Mazarron with its shops, indoor market and health centre. The port of Mazarron is about a further 3 Km from Mazarron and there are numerous supermarkets and restaurants in the port and superb beaches abound along the 35 kilometres of

Mazarron Bay. Murcia Airport is about 40 minutes and Alicante about 65 minutes from the villa.. Within 3 minutes from the villa there is a newly constructed commercial centre, with a large supermarket and various shops and bars with entertainment etc. and a new National Health medical centre is expected to be constructed in the near future.
